Delivery and Returns Policy

• PaperCat guarantees that all orders are processed and sent within 2-3 business days, please verify that your cart, shipping address, and other order details are correct before checking out.
• Delivery time within Israel is 7-14 business days for Registered mail.
• International delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method.
• Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders. Such duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the customs authority of your destination country. It will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities.
• PaperCat is not responsible for any delays caused by matters not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company etc.
• If any delivered products were received damaged or have manufacturing faults, please contact us immediately at: [email protected] , please state the nature of the problem and enclose a photo of the faulty item.
• We are doing everything we can to ensure that customers will get international shipments on time, but there can be delays due to COVID 19.

We cannot guarantee orders can be changed or cancelled if they have already been processed.
If necessary, to change your order, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Orders are often processed within one business day of receipt. Make sure you have your order number ready.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted, except orders delivered locally in Israel (please refer to return policies in Hebrew for this issue). If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to [email protected].

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
