How can I pay in the webshop?
You can pay with NIS, USD or Euros, Depends on your country of origin. We accept credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners) and PayPal.

Do you charge fees when I order in the webshop?
We don’t charge any credit card fees, but costs of delivery will be added during the ordering process.

Can I get my order gift wrapped?
We don’t gift wrap our products.

Can I track my order?
We ship our orders twice per week from Israel. When your order has been shipped, you receive an e-mail with the tracking number.

Delivery time
Delivery time within Israel is 7-14 business days for registered mail.
International delivery times vary based on destination.

How can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, you must as soon as possible – within 24 hours – let us know via e-mail to [email protected].
If you want to change your order, you can contact us via [email protected] as well. It is possible to delete goods in any order but not to add new items, as the amount from the payment process may not be exceeded after your approval of the amount.

What if the item I ordered is damaged?
If an item is delivered damaged, please let us know as soon as possible via [email protected] . We will ask you to send a picture of the damaged item for us to understand why the damage occurred.

I have not received an order confirmation
If you did not receive an order confirmation, there are various reasons to have caused this:
– your order has not been approved and therefore not processed;
– check if your order confirmation has landed in the spam box of your mailbox.
– check if you provided a correct e-mail address.

How can I return an order?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted, except orders delivered locally in Israel (please refer to return policies in Hebrew for this issue). If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to [email protected].
Once we have confirmed the cancellation of your order, you can send the items to:

Postage as well as any order expenses in relation to returning the order must be paid by you.
When you cancel a purchase, we refund the complete order amount. We refund the amount in no case later than 14 days from the cancellation date.
Reimbursement of returned goods will occur no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods by us and provided the goods are not damaged.
