The Eclectic style- typical of the early 20th century, represented by a mix of Arabic and European architecture elements. The International style- which was the innovative and groundbreaking style of the twenties and thirties in Tel Aviv.

The historical buildings of this series were declared for strict preservation. They had been carefully renovated to their original state in recent years.
The buildings were announced as buildings of “The White City”- an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
